ephemeral: The Colours of an Indian Kitchen.

The yellow turmeric and the lemon and the lentils.

The green coriander and the mint and the curry leaves and the chilies.

The red spice and the chilies.

The brown ginger and the tamarind.

The white garlic and the salt.

The black mustard seeds.

The colours of an Indian kitchen.

They all look, smell, taste, sound, and feel different.

But the Indian kitchen always is the same to me. It’s home. 🙂
